God's Plan of Salvation

Are you tired of facing life’s troubles alone?  Are you tired of never having a shoulder to cry on?  Are you tired of feeling like there is no hope?  Well, we have GOOD NEWS!  God has a purpose for your life.  The creator of the universe has a purpose just for you!  That is how special you are to Him.  God desires to have a relationship with you and show you your purpose in life, but sin has separated you and all mankind from God.  But, God has made a way to restore man’s relationship with Him. 

In order to become a child of God you must understand that…..

There is only one way to Heaven, through Jesus Christ.

• Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.                                                                                   John 14:6
• Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.                                            Acts 4:12
• Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.                                                                                                John 3:3

Being a good person and doing good deeds will NOT save you.

• Not by works of righteousness, which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us.                                                                                                         Titus 3:5
• For by grace are ye save through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.                                           Ephesians 2:8-9

To become a child of God you must….

Admit you are a sinner.

• For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.                  Romans 3:23
• Wherefore, as by one man (Adam) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon ALL men, for that ALL have sinned.       Romans 5:12
• As it is written, There is NONE righteous, no, not one.                   Romans 3:10
• If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.                                                                      1 John 1:10

Believe that Christ died for you and took your sins to the cross, was buried, and rose from the dead.

• But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.                                                                           Romans 5:8
• For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.       John 3:16
• For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  Romans  10:13

Pray and invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Saviour.

• If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9

What to pray:  God, I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness.  I believe in my heart that Jesus shed His precious blood and died for my sins.  I turn from my sin to you and I ask that Christ come into my heart and life to be my personal Saviour and Lord of my life.  By your word, I am saved and I thank you for your mercy and grace.  In Jesus name, Amen
